Project Administration is a software to create test sessions with multiple options concerning timing, animal administration and experiment type administration. Complete projects are then transferred to our different data acquisition solutions (Viewer tracking software, Forced Swim Test Analysis, Tail Suspension Test Analysis), where they are transformed into executable timetables. Those schedules can be used to completely automate data acquisition. Experiments are started and stopped and acquired data are saved automatically. You can save projects to use them as templates for further sessions. With the Project Administration software you can build quite complex exeriment time tables based on your own user rules and dependencies. Key features are The figure on the right shows the data-flow between the programs, from planning to result saving. Once the schedule is made in the Project Administration software, the data are exported into a so called "session" file. Such a file can be imported by the Viewer tracking software, for example. Then the time schedule shows up in the tracking software. It provides information about which animal is to put into the arena next - when and for which experiment. The results of all experiments are saved automatically into a folder structure that mirrors your project structure. |
