The movie shows a mouse in an open field box. When acquisition starts, you can see that the area is subdevided by a grid of sixteen zones.
Each zone has its own assigned trigger channel that is activated on zone entry in this example. The inserted video shows two USB trigger boxes that release 5 V TTL trigger signals via BNC connectors. The active channel is indicated by a white LED. The pattern of zones is completely free designable by the user. |
